Shipping Exclusions
Dazed8 retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to Δ8THC either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does NOT ship to the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, and Vermont.
If your state laws have been recently updated or you feel there is language supporting Δ8THC’s legality in your state, please reach out to us at info@dazed8.com with excerpts from the bill supporting your case, as well as links to the full-text versions of your state laws for our review.

Shipping Delays
We appreciate your understanding as we comply with COVID-19 guidelines, shipping timelines may vary. Thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Please note that shipping and processing times are separate. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier selected. We will be offering express shipping for $9.99. Carrier times vary due to the COVID.
Wholesale Orders
Orders under $20,000 typically ship within 2-4 business days. For orders over $20,000 or orders of more than 250 units of any particular SKU, please call ahead for estimates on fulfillment. 99 percent of wholesale orders are completed within 7 business days.
There are times where one particular item may hold up the rest of the order from being shipped in a timely fashion. When this happens we will reach out to you to alert you of the issue and allow you to choose how we move forward, which may include shipping the order in 2 shipments, refunding you the out of stock item, or some other mutually agreed-upon solution.
Shipping is included for free on your order and we ship Priority depending on cost. If you’d like to upgrade to a different carrier or overnight shipping you can do so by paying the difference between the free method of shipping and the cost of your preferred method.
To request a change to standard shipping, please reach out to your sales rep or include the request in the details of your order. An invoice for the difference in shipping will be emailed to the email provided on your order and must be paid in order for shipping to take place. Note that non-payment may result in the delay of your order.
Refunds
For all refund issues pertaining to orders made via Dazed8.com we encourage you to contact us via email at support@Dazed8.com
We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Dazed8 product at a retail location, or through a website other than Dazed8.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we ship to them.
If a product arrives damaged and unusable you must notify us the day of product arrival via phone or email at support@Dazed8.com or here. The email must contain your order number and a description of what happened. Be sure to take a picture and send it to support@Dazed8.com with the your order number on the subject line like: DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)
In the event of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, return shipping will depend on the product(s) ordered, and the options available to us. Typically we will either send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to place on the return box or reimburse you for shipping. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US. If you ship product back to us in a more expensive manner than otherwise available, you will be responsible for the difference between the higher and lower shipping rates.
